The hoisting roadbed box device comprises a box-shaped supporting frame, multiplehoisting notches are formed in the circumferential direction of the box-shaped supporting frame, and the hoisting notches are vertically formed; and the hoisting roadbed box device further comprisesmultiple hoisting plates, a hoisting hole is formed in the middle of each hoisting plate, the side wall of each hoisting notch is connected with one hoisting plate, the corresponding hoisting plates are located in the corresponding hoisting notches, and one clamping ring is detachably connected with one hoisting plate. According to the hoisting roadbed box device, during hoisting construction, a hoisting rope of a crane penetrates through the clamping rings, the clamping rings are located in the circumferential direction of the box-shaped supporting frame, and the peripheries of the clamping rings are limited by the side walls of the hoisting notches, so that the possibility that the box-shaped supporting frame shakes is reduced; and the hoisting rope can easily penetrate through the clamping rings, so that the possibility that the hoisting rope disengages outwards is reduced; and therefore, the hoisting roadbed box device is simple in structure, convenient in hoisting construction, and beneficial to popularization.
本发明公开涉及吊装施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种吊装路基箱装置,其包括箱型支撑架,箱型支撑架的周向上设置有多个吊装缺口,吊装缺口呈竖向设置,还包括多块吊装板,每块吊装板的中间设置有吊装孔,每个吊装缺口的侧壁上均连接设置有一块吊装板,且对应吊装板位于对应吊装缺口中,一个卡环与一块吊装板可拆卸连接在一起。吊装路基箱装置吊装施工时,起重机的吊绳穿过卡环设置,由于卡环位于箱型支撑架的周向上,卡环的四周有吊装缺口的侧壁进行限位,降低了箱型支撑架产生晃动的可能性,并且,吊绳也更容易穿过卡环设置,降低吊绳外脱的可能性,所以,本发明吊装路基箱装置结构简单,更加便于进行吊装施工,利于推广。
