The invention discloses a high-speed railway roadbed protective fence piece auxiliary hoisting tool and a using method thereof, and relates to the field of building construction. The auxiliary hoisting tool comprises two L-shaped supporting bottom plates arranged in parallel in a spaced mode, two supporting side plates perpendicularly welded to vertical limbs of the two L-shaped supporting bottom plates, a rotating pin shaft welded between the outer ends of the two supporting side plates, a rotating sleeve movably connected to the rotating pin shaft in a sleeving mode, a lifting lug vertically welded in the middle of the rotating sleeve and a reinforcing rod is welded between the middle parts of the top edges of the two supporting side plates; the outer end faces of the supporting side plates are semicircular arc faces protruding outwards, and connecting holes are formed in the outer end portions of the supporting side plates, and two ends of the rotary pin shaft are correspondingly inserted into the connecting holes of the supporting side plates and are firmly welded. According to the tool and the method, the problems that in the prior art, a protective fence is difficult to install and position, unsmooth in line shape, difficult to control in precision, low in construction efficiency, poor in construction quality and the like are solved.
