The invention discloses a road average passing time prediction method. The method comprises the steps: converting the vehicle position information acquired based on a GPS into a road average passing time data set; obtaining a road context information data set according to urban road network information based on the road average passing time data set; based on the road average passage time data setand the road context information data set, predicting the average passage time of the to-be-estimated road by using time period grouping.

    本发明公开了一种道路平均通行时间预测方法,所述方法包括:将基于GPS获取的车辆位置信息转化为道路平均通行时间数据集;基于所述道路平均通行时间数据集,根据城市路网信息获取道路上下文信息数据集;以及基于所述道路平均通行时间数据集和所述道路上下文信息数据集,使用时段分组预测待估计道路的平均通行时间。
