The invention relates to a sludge sampling method which comprises the following steps of: controlling an unmanned aerial vehicle to fly to a position above a specified acquisition area through a remote controller, measuring the distance between the unmanned aerial vehicle and the water surface through an ultrasonic range finder arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle, adjusting the height betweenthe unmanned aerial vehicle and the water surface; starting a hanging mechanism so as to make a balance weight lump and a suction pipe descend to the position below the water surface together, and arrange the balance weight lump on sludge on the water surface; starting a suction mechanism to make the sludge pumped into a sample tube from a suction tube, so as to perform the suction operation of asludge sample; and starting the hanging mechanism to make the balance weight lump and the suction pipe ascend together and the balance weight lump extend into the containing cavity of the body of theunmanned aerial vehicle; According to the method, the unmanned aerial vehicle is controlled by the remote controller to fly away from the collection area, and the sample tube is detached from the bodyof the unmanned aerial vehicle, so that the components of the sludge are detected, the component information of the sludge is obtained; and samples can be collected in different areas, so that the accuracy of data sampling can be effectively improved.
