The invention discloses a super high-rise vertical shaft cable aerial relay hoisting vertical laying method, and relates to the technical field of vertical shaft cable laying. The method comprises thefollowing steps: 1, laying cables in an underground layer vertical shaft; 2, laying cables in the vertical shaft from the underground layer to the middle layer; 3, laying a cable in the non-functional layer totally-enclosed straight-through hoistway; 4, laying cables from the middle layer to the high-rise vertical shaft; and 5, laying a horizontal section cable at a high layer. The overhead relayhoisting method is creatively adopted, the practicability is high, the quality and safety of vertical laying of the super high-rise cable are guaranteed, and the problem that when the super high-risevertical shaft cable is vertically laid, the rope containing amount of a winch is insufficient is solved.
