The invention provides a bogie of a high-speed large-axle-load electric transmission rail engineering truck, and belongs to the technical field of bogies. The bearing capacity of the bogie is greatlyimproved by optimally designing a bogie framework structure, properly increasing the thickness and the sectional area of a framework plate and adopting a splicing mode that front and rear end beams are lapped to side beams; and through redesigned axle dimensions, the bogie has the capacity of bearing 23-ton axle load. Through optimal design of a primary supporting device and a secondary suspensionsystem, the rail engineering truck has excellent dynamic performance within a speed range of 160 km/h, and therefore the bogie can meet the requirements for high speed and large axle load of the railengineering truck at the same time. By improving a transition connecting disc, the installation and detection requirements of integrating a shaft end grounding device, a vehicle speed device, an electronic anti-skid device and the like in the bogie are met, and the universality is high. By additionally arranging a node base, a braking mode of bilateral independent braking units is achieved, and the problems of brake shoe stripping, block falling, braking failure caused by high temperature and the like are solved.

    提供一种高速大轴重电传动轨道工程车转向架,属于转向架技术领域,通过对转向架构架结构的优化设计,适当增加构架板材厚度和截面积以及前后端梁搭接至侧梁的拼接方式,使构架承载能力大大提升,并通过对车轴尺寸的重新设计,使转向架具备了承载23吨轴重的能力;通过对一系支撑装置和二系悬挂系统的优化设计,使得轨道工程车在160km/h速度范围内均具备优良的动力学性能,从而使转向架可以同时满足轨道工程车高速和大轴重的需求;通过对过渡连接盘的改进,实现在转向架中集成轴端接地装置、车速装置和电子防滑器等的安装及检测要求,通用性强;通过增加节点座,实现双侧独立制动单元的制动形式,避免闸瓦的剥离、掉块及高温引起的制动失效等问题。
