The invention provides an environment-friendly electric transmission large-axle-load bogie frame of a high-speed rail engineering vehicle; the environment-friendly electric transmission large-axle-load bogie frame comprises framework of an integrally welded structure consisting of two side beams which are parallel to the traveling direction of the vehicle and are oppositely arranged and a middle beam positioned between the two side beams; a traction motor mounting seat and a gear box hanging seat are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the middle beam in a 180-degree rotating mode with the center axis of the middle beam as the center, a transverse shock absorber mounting seat is arranged on the middle beam, and the two ends of the two side beams are respectively provided with brake mounting seat assemblies used for mounting foundation brake devices. And the four foundation brake devices are symmetrically arranged at the end parts of the framework through braking mounting seat assemblies at the end parts of the side beams. The problem that the foundation brake device mounting seat is difficult to weld at the end part of the side beam of the end-beam-free framework, provides a mounting foundation for reliably arranging the foundation brake device on the end-beam-free bogie framework, has good structural strength, and optimizes the mounting space under a vehicle. And enough maintenance and overhaul space is provided for later maintenance and repair of the foundation brake device.

    提供一种高速轨道工程车辆的绿色环保型电传动大轴重转向架构架,包括两个平行于车辆行走方向并相对布置的侧梁和位于两个侧梁之间的中梁组成的整体焊接式结构的构架,以中梁中轴线中心180°旋转对称设于中梁两侧的牵引电机安装座和齿轮箱吊座,设于中梁上的横向减振器安装座,两个侧梁两端部均设有用于安装基础制动装置的制动安装座组件,且四个基础制动装置通过侧梁端部的制动安装座组件对称布置在构架端部。本实用解决了基础制动装置安装座在无端梁的构架侧梁端部难以焊接的问题,为基础制动装置可靠的外置于无端梁的转向架构架上提供了安装基础,结构强度好,优化了车下安装空间,为基础制动装置后期的维护与维修提供足够的维护检修空间。
