The invention discloses a damping control method of a vehicle electric power steering system. The method comprises the following steps of: taking a vehicle driving speed signal, a steering wheel torque signal and a steering wheel angular speed signal as input, calculating to obtain a torque change rate according to a steering wheel torque, and judging whether the torque and the torque change rateexceed threshold values or not; if not, calculating to obtain a torque gain coefficient, and if yes, exiting a damping control function; calculating to obtain a speed gain coefficient according to a vehicle driving speed and the steering wheel angular speed; calculating to obtain an initial damping torque according to the steering wheel angular speed; and multiplying the initial damping moment bythe torque gain coefficient and the speed gain coefficient to obtain a final damping moment, and checking the rationality of the final damping moment. The safety of the damping control function is improved within a full vehicle speed range of vehicle driving.
本发明公开了一种车辆电动助力转向系统的阻尼控制方法,以车辆行驶速度、转向盘转矩和转向盘角速度信号作为输入,根据转向盘转矩计算得到转矩变化率,并判断转矩和转矩变化率是否超出门槛值,未超出则进行计算得到转矩增益系数,超出则退出阻尼控制功能;根据车辆行驶速度和转向盘角速度计算得到速度增益系数;根据转向盘角速度计算得到初始阻尼力矩;初始阻尼力矩与转矩增益系数和速度增益系数相乘,得到最终阻尼力矩,并对最终阻尼力矩进行合理性检查。在车辆行驶的全车速范围内提升了阻尼控制功能的安全性。
