The invention relates to the technical field of construction machines and discloses a method and system for detecting multiplying power setting abnormity of a tower crane monitoring system. The methodcomprises the steps that a first lifting moment on a tower crane and a second lifting moment on the tower crane monitoring system are obtained; and the first lifting moment with the second lifting moment are compared, a difference value between the first lifting moment and the second lifting moment is determined, and the set multiplying power state of the tower crane monitoring system is determined based on the difference value. By means of the above technical scheme, the problem that multiplying power setting is abnormal due to the fact that an operator does not define the use specificationof the tower crane and misoperation is caused by mounting and lifting personnel is completely eradicated, the personnel training difficulty is greatly lowered, the current lifting moment can be obtained in real time, and the safety and reliability of tower crane operation are improved.

    本发明涉及建筑机械技术领域,公开了一种塔机监控系统倍率设定异常的检测方法及系统,所述方法包括:获取塔机上的第一起重力矩和所述塔机监控系统上的第二起重力矩;以及将所述第一起重力矩与所述第二起重力矩进行比较,确定所述第一起重力矩与所述第二起重力矩的差值,并基于所述差值确定所述塔机监控系统设定倍率状态。通过上述技术方案,杜绝因操作人员对塔机使用规范不明确及挂载吊装人员误操作导致的倍率设置异常问题,极大的降低了人员培训的难度,并且能够实时获取当前起重力矩,提高了塔机操作的安全性及可靠性。
