The device comprises a base, a tower frame, a slewing tower body section, a balance arm and a cargo boom. The tower frame is fixedly connected to the base, the slewing tower body section is fixedly installed at the top end of the tower frame, the cargo boom is fixedly installed on the slewing tower body section, the balance arm is installed on the slewing tower body section, and the cargo boom and the balance arm are symmetrically arranged relative to the slewing tower body section; four groups of hoisting mechanisms are mounted on the balance arm, and four groups of load-carrying trolleys are arranged on the cargo boom; lifting hook pulley blocks are fixedly installed on the four groups of load-carrying trolleys respectively, and four to sixteen multiplying power switching is achieved by assembling the lifting hook pulley blocks and through the four groups of load-carrying trolleys of the hoisting mechanisms in the lifting process. Under the double-arm frame, the corresponding load-carrying trolleys are controlled through the four hoisting mechanisms and the luffing mechanisms, so that multiplying power switching of different modes and adjustment of the moving speed can be achieved, the crane is suitable for multiple working conditions, and the operation flexibility of the whole crane is improved.

    本发明公开了一种双臂塔式起重机及倍率转换方法,属于起重机设备领域;该装置包括:底座、塔机架、回转塔身节、平衡臂、以及起重臂;其中,塔机架固定连接在底座上,回转塔身节固定安装在塔机架的顶部端,起重臂固定安装在回转塔身节上,平衡臂安装在回转塔身节上,起重臂和平衡臂以回转塔身节对称设置;平衡臂上安装有四组起升机构,起重臂上设有四组载重车;吊钩滑轮组分别固定安装在四组载重小车上,在起重过程中通过组装吊钩滑轮组与通过四组起升机构载重车达到四至十六倍率的切换。在本发明双臂架下通过四个起升机构和两个变幅机构进行控制对应载重小车可达到通过不同模式的倍率切换和移动速度的调整,适用于多工况,提升整机作业的灵活性。
