The invention provides a caisson floating-assisting lifting appliance, and belongs to the technical field of lifting appliances. The lifting appliance comprises two sets of supporting beam assembliesand four sets of plug pin assemblies, each supporting beam assembly comprises a supporting beam and two joint-free steel wire ropes, the two ends of each supporting beam are each provided with a through hole, a connecting shaft is arranged in each through hole, and each plug pin assembly comprises a lifting rod and a sling. The lifting appliance is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost; and during use, only one end of each joint-free steel wire rope needs to be connected to a lifting hook of a crane ship in a sleeving mode, the other ends of the joint-free steel wire ropes penetrate through the connecting shafts of supporting beams, the lifting rods penetrate through lifting hole in a caisson, the slings penetrate through the connecting shafts, two end parts of each sling are fixedly connected to two ends of each lifting rod respectively, two ends of each lifting rod are fixed and limited by using locking nuts, then hoisting can be carried out on the caisson by utilizing hoisting equipment, the supporting beams can effectively prevent the joint-free steel wire ropes and the slings from being knotted, safety accidents are avoided, the locking nuts are arranged at the twoends of each lifting rod for fixing and limiting, and the safety of the lifting appliance is further improved.

    本发明提供了一种沉箱助浮吊具,属于吊具技术领域。本吊具包括两组支撑梁组件和四组插销组件,支撑梁组件包括一根支撑梁和两条无接头钢丝绳,支撑梁的两端各设置有一通孔,通孔内设置有连接轴,插销组件包括一根吊杆和一条吊索,其结构简单,制作成本低;使用时,只需将无接头钢丝绳的一端套接于起重船的吊钩上,无接头钢丝绳的另一端穿过支撑梁的连接轴,将吊杆穿过沉箱上的吊孔,吊索穿过连接轴,吊索的两个端部分别固定连接于吊杆的两端,吊杆的两端再用紧锁螺母固定限位,再利用起重设备即可对沉箱进行起吊,支撑梁可以有效防止无接头钢丝绳和吊索打结,避免安全事故的发生,吊杆的两端有紧锁螺母固定限位,进一步提高了吊具的安全性。
