The invention relates to the technical field of lifting appliances, and particularly relates to a double-layer lifting appliance for caisson lifting and a lifting method thereof. The double-layer lifting appliance comprises a lifting frame and two first lifting rods arranged in a mirror image mode, wherein the two ends of the first lifting rods are provided with first lifting ropes used for being connected with lifting hooks of a lifting device, and the two ends of the first lifting rods are connected with the lifting frame through at least two second lifting ropes; and the two opposite sides of the lifting frame are provided with two or more third lifting ropes, the two or more third lifting ropes are arranged at intervals in the direction of the symmetrical center lines of the two opposite sides, connected with the third lifting ropes, of the lifting frame, and the distance between any two adjacent third lifting ropes can be changed. The problems that an existing lifting frame in the prior art cannot lift caissons of various specifications, and the existing lifting frame is complex in structure, high in cost and low in repairability are solved, the first lifting rods and the lifting frame can be correspondingly changed according to the number of caisson lifting points, each caisson lifting point is stressed uniformly, and then the caissons of various specifications can be lifted.

    本发明涉及吊具技术领域,具体涉及一种沉箱吊装用的双层吊具及其吊装方法,其包括吊框架以及两根镜像设置的第一吊杆,第一吊杆的两端均设有用于与起吊装置的吊钩连接的第一吊绳,第一吊杆的两端均通过至少两根以上的第二吊绳与起吊框架连接;起吊框架相对的两侧均设置有两根以上的第三吊绳,且两根以上的第三吊绳沿起吊框架上与第三吊绳连接的相对两侧的对称中心线方向间隔设置,任意相邻两根第三吊绳之间的间距可变;解决了现有技术中的现有吊架不可吊装多种规格的沉箱,且现有吊架结构复杂、成本较高以及可修复性低的问题,第一吊杆以及起吊框架可因沉箱起吊点的数量作出相应改变,确保每个沉箱起吊点受力均匀,进而可吊装多种规格的沉箱。
