A novel air-cooled high-current DC quick-charging cable comprises an assembly cable, an outer wrapping layer, an inner protective layer, an armor layer and an outer protective layer from inside to outside. The assembly cable comprises a positive electrode main power line, a negative electrode main power line, a ground wire, a positive electrode auxiliary power line, a negative electrode auxiliarypower line, two double-shielding communication signal line sets and a non-shielding communication signal line set. Gaps are formed among the wires in the assembly cable to form a closed air cooling channel for circulating gaseous refrigerants. Each double-shielding communication signal line set is formed by twisting two signal lines and is coated with a double-shielding layer, and the double-shielding layer is coated with a sheath layer. The non-shielding communication signal line set is formed by twisting a plurality of signal lines and is wrapped by an inner wrapping layer, and the inner wrapping layer is wrapped by a sheath layer. According to the novel air-cooled high-current DC quick-charging cable, high-power charging is easier to realize, an inflation gap is reserved in the cable during cable design, a special air cooling channel is formed between the cable and the charging gun, cooling gas is added into the channel, heat can be brought out by pushing gas to flow, and cooling and heat dissipation are realized during charging.

    一种新型气冷大电流直流快充电缆,由内而外包括总成缆、外绕包层、内护层、铠装层及外护层;总成缆包括正极主电源线、负极主电源线、地线、正极辅助电源线、负极辅助电源线、两组双屏蔽通信信号线组及一组非屏蔽通信信号线组;总成缆中的各线间形成有空隙,成为密闭的气冷通道流通气态冷媒;双屏蔽通信信号线组由两信号线绞合而成且包覆有双屏蔽层,双屏蔽层外包覆有护套层;非屏蔽通信信号线组由多根信号线绞合而成且绕包有内绕包层,内绕包层外包覆有护套层。本发明使大功率充电更易实现,电缆设计时在内部留下充气空隙,其在电缆和充电枪之间相当于一个专门的气冷通道,通道内加入冷却气体,可通过推动气体流动把热量带出,在充电的同时冷却散热。
