The invention provides a direct-current charging pile quick-charging liquid-cooled cable and a preparation method thereof.The liquid-cooled cable comprises a wire core, an outer wrapping layer wrapping the wire core and a sheath layer wrapping the outer wrapping layer, the wire core is formed by twisting a plurality of conductors, a liquid-cooled assembly and a temperature measurement signal line, the liquid-cooled assembly comprises a main liquid-cooled pipe and an auxiliary liquid-cooled pipe, and the main liquid-cooled pipe is connected with the auxiliary liquid-cooled pipe. By wrapping the periphery of the conductor with the main liquid cooling pipe and arranging the multiple auxiliary liquid cooling pipes which are arranged at intervals with the conductor, when the cable is in a working state, cooling liquid can be arranged in the main liquid cooling pipe and the auxiliary liquid cooling pipes, so that the internal temperature of the cable core is reduced, and fire disasters caused by short circuit of a charging pile in the rapid charging process of a new energy automobile are avoided; the preparation method of the liquid-cooled cable comprises the four steps of conductor preparation, wrapping layer extrusion material preparation, cable core preparation and cable preparation, and has the advantages of being easy to operate, excellent in cooling effect, beneficial to popularization and rapid charging and convenient to popularize and implement.

    本申请提供一种直流电充电桩快充液冷电缆及其制备方法,其中液冷电缆包括线芯,包覆于线芯上的外绕包层,以及包覆于外绕包层上的护套层,其中线芯由多根导体,液冷组件以及测温信号线绞合而成,液冷组件包括主液冷管和副液冷管,通过在导体外周上的绕包主液冷管,以及设置多个与导体间隔排列的副液冷管,电缆处于工作状态时,主液冷管和副液冷管内可设有冷却液,以使线芯内部温度降低,避免新能源汽车快速充电过程中,充电桩短路发生火灾,提升新能源汽车充电桩的充电效率和安全性,液冷电缆制备方法包括导体制备,绕包层挤出料制备,线芯制备以及线缆制备四个步骤,具有操作简单,冷却效果优异,有利于推广快速充电,便于推广实施的优点。
