The invention provides an intelligent vehicle maintenance method and system based on VIN code and fault code retrieval. The method comprises the steps of creating a maintenance case library; obtaininga VIN code and a fault code of the vehicle, matching a corresponding maintenance case in a maintenance case library in combination with the VIN code and the fault code, and extracting a correspondingspare and accessory part keyword; importing the obtained spare and accessory part keywords into an EPC system to obtain spare and accessory part quotation information and merchant information; and enabling a user to make comparison selection to generate a distribution list. The system comprises a maintenance case library, an information acquisition module, a case search module, a keyword extraction module, a quotation information query module and a comparison selection module. According to the invention, the corresponding maintenance case can be rapidly obtained, and the part quotation and manufacturer information in the supply chain can be obtained based on the part information of the maintenance case, so that consumers can visually know the maintenance content and carry out price comparison selection on the parts, the customers are helped to obtain the optimal shopkeeper and price, and the use experience of the customers is improved.

    本发明提出一种基于VIN码与故障码检索的车辆智能维修方法及系统,该方法是:建立维修案例库;获取车辆的VIN码和故障码,结合VIN码和故障码于维修案例库中匹配到对应的维修案例并提取到相应的零配件关键词;将所获得的零配件关键词导入至EPC系统中以获零配件报价信息和商家信息;由用户进行比对选择后生成配货清单。该系统包括维修案例库、信息获取模块、案例查找模块、关键词提取模块、报价信息查询模块、比对选择模块。本发明能够迅速获得相应的维修案例,并且基于维修案例的零配件信息获取到供应链中的零配件报价和厂家信息,让消费者可直观了解维修内容、对零配件进行比价选择,帮助客户得到最优选的店家和价格,提高了客户的使用体验。
