The invention relates to a safety lock for a climbing-free device. The safety lock comprises a speed measurement triggering device connected with a lifting vehicle of the climbing-free device, and thespeed measurement triggering device is in rolling contact with a guide rail; the safety lock further comprises a safety anti-falling device, the safety anti-falling device is connected with the lifting vehicle of the climbing-free device and is used for preventing the lifting vehicle of the climbing-free device from falling after stall; and a steel wire rope connected with the safety anti-fallingdevice and the speed measurement triggering device is arranged between the safety anti-falling device and the speed measurement triggering device. According to the safety lock for the climbing-free device, the safety lock can be connected with the guide rail in a locked mode by arranging the safety anti-falling device; by arranging the speed measurement triggering device, the speed of the liftingvehicle can be monitored in real time, the safety anti-falling device is triggered to be started after the lifting vehicle stalls, the lifting vehicle and the guide rail are locked, and therefore falling of the lifting vehicle of the climbing-free device after stalling is avoided, and safety of operators and equipment is guaranteed; and by arranging the steel wire rope, connection is provided forthe speed measurement triggering device and the safety anti-falling device.

    本发明涉及一种用于免爬器的安全锁具。本发明包括与免爬器的升降车相连接的测速触发装置,测速触发装置与导轨滚动接触;还包括与免爬器的升降车相连接的安全防坠装置,安全防坠装置用于防止免爬器的升降车失速后发生坠落;在安全防坠装置和测速触发装置之间设置有与二者相连接的钢丝绳。本发明提供了一种用于免爬器的安全锁具,通过设置安全防坠装置可与导轨发生锁止连接;通过设置测速触发装置可实施监测升降车的速度,当升降车失速后触发安全防坠装置启动,使其与导轨发生锁止,从而避免所述免爬器的升降车失速后发生坠落,保证操作人员及设备的安全,通过设置钢丝绳可为测速触发装置和安全防坠装置提供连接。
