The invention relates to a video-based speed measurement method, which comprises the following steps of: training a vehicle detector for detecting various vehicles in a video image, training a vehicletarget tracker, tracking the vehicles detected by the vehicle detector, training an image vehicle trajectory speed model, and loading the image vehicle trajectory speed model to a rear-end analysis server; meanwhile, in a predefined image picture area of the rear-end analysis server, using a trained vehicle detector for detecting a vehicle image in a picture so as to obtain a tracking vehicle anda vehicle track of the tracking vehicle; and finally, inputting the height data of the bayonet camera and the ground, the pitch angle of the bayonet camera and the tracking vehicle trajectory centerpixel data set into an image vehicle trajectory speed model at a rear-end analysis server, and obtaining the tracking vehicle speed. The technical problems of vehicle speed measurement and image snapshot are effectively solved, and the large-scale video speed measurement requirement of intelligent traffic is met.

    一种基于视频的测速方法,首先训练用于检测视频图像中各种车辆的车辆检测器,而后训练车辆目标跟踪器,用于跟踪由车辆检测器检测出来的车辆,再训练图像车辆轨迹‑速度模型,并将图像车辆轨迹‑速度模型加载于后端分析服务器,同时在后端分析服务器的预定义图像画面区域内,利用训练好的车辆检测器检测画面中车辆图像,以获取跟踪车辆及跟踪车辆的车辆轨迹,最后在后端分析服务器将卡口摄像头与地面的高度数据、卡口摄像头俯仰角、跟踪车辆轨迹中心像素数据集输入至图像车辆轨迹‑速度模型中,得到跟踪车辆速度;本发明有效解决车辆测速与图像抓拍的技术问题,满足智慧交通大规模视频测速需求。
