The invention discloses a marine seawater cooling pump frequency conversion energy-saving method. The method comprises the following steps that fresh water flows through a cooler from a fresh water user through a fresh water pump, seawater in a seawater tank flows through the cooler through a frequency conversion seawater cooling pump, the fresh water exchanges heat with the seawater in the cooler, and the fresh water subjected to heat exchange returns to the fresh water user through a temperature control three-way valve; the seawater subjected to heat exchange is discharged out of the board;the temperature control three-way valve monitors the temperature of the fresh water inlet end in real time, if the temperature of the fresh water is lower than the set temperature, the temperature control three-way valve opens the bypass pipe, part of the fresh water circulates through the bypass pipe, and the flow ratio of the fresh water flowing through the bypass pipe to the cooler is adjusteduntil the temperature control three-way valve detects that the temperature of the fresh water is the same as the set temperature. The method is advantaged in that according to the logic set by the frequency converter unit, the frequency of the variable-frequency seawater cooling pump is adjusted, and the discharge capacity of the variable-frequency seawater cooling pump is controlled, so that theset temperature requirement of the fresh water inlet end is met, the variable-frequency seawater cooling pump operates at low power, and the energy-saving purpose is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种船用海水冷却泵变频节能方法,包括以下步骤:淡水从淡水用户通过淡水泵流经冷却器,海水箱内的海水经变频海水冷却泵流经冷却器,淡水与海水在冷却器中进行热交换,热交换后的淡水经过温控三通阀回到淡水用户,热交换后的海水排到舷外;温控三通阀实时监控淡水进口端的温度,若淡水的温度低于设定温度,温控三通阀打开旁通管,部分淡水通过旁通管循环,调节淡水流经旁通管与流经冷却器的流量比,直至温控三通阀检测到淡水的温度与设定温度相同。本发明根据变频器单元设定的逻辑,通过调节变频海水冷却泵的频率及控制其排量,以满足淡水进口端的设定温度要求,使得变频海水冷却泵在低功率下运行,达到节能的目的。
