The invention provides a frequency conversion control system and method for a marine main seawater cooling pump. The system comprises a frequency converter control cabinet, three seawater pump motors, three seawater pump starters, a signal acquisition control box, a fresh water outlet temperature sensor and a seawater outlet temperature sensor. The sea water pump motors are respectively connected with the frequency converter control cabinet through the sea water pump starters; the fresh water outlet temperature sensor is mounted at a fresh water outlet of a central cooler, and the seawater outlet temperature sensor is mounted at a seawater outlet of the central cooler; and the fresh water outlet temperature sensor and the seawater outlet temperature sensor are connected with the frequency converter control cabinet through the signal acquisition control box. According to the frequency conversion control system and method for the main seawater cooling pump for the ship, frequency conversion control over three seawater pumps of a central cooling system of the ship is achieved through one frequency converter control cabinet and low initial investment, and energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明提供一种船用主海水冷却泵的变频控制系统及方法,其中系统包括一变频器控制柜、三海水泵电机、三海水泵起动器、一信号采集控制箱、一淡水出口温度传感器和一海水出口温度传感器;所述海水泵电机分别通过一所述海水泵起动器连接所述变频器控制柜;所述淡水出口温度传感器安装于一中央冷却器的淡水出口处,所述海水出口温度传感器安装于所述中央冷却器的海水出口处;所述淡水出口温度传感器和所述海水出口温度传感器通过所述信号采集控制箱连接所述变频器控制柜。本发明的一种船用主海水冷却泵的变频控制系统及方法,通过1台变频器控制柜,用较低的初投资,实现船舶中央冷却系统的3台海水泵变频控制,降低能耗。
