The invention discloses a commercial vehicle AMT anti-slip control system based on electronic brake assistance. The commercial vehicle AMT anti-slip control system comprises an AMT anti-slip control system assembly. The AMT anti-slip control system assembly internally comprises an electronic brake system, an AMT gearbox mechanical control system and a TCU. According to the commercial vehicle AMT anti-slip control system based on electronic brake assistance, the electronic brake system is simple in structure, a vehicle does not need to be refitted largely, only one pipeline needs to be add to a brake cylinde on an original basic hand brake system of the vehicle, and therefore under the condition that the cost of the whole vehicle is slightly increased, the performance of the whole vehicle is greatly improved; and the electronic brake system is simple in structural design, high in system performance reliability and low in failure rate, can be changed into an electronic hand brake system due to the fact that the electronic brake system has the characteristics of a hand brake, improves the grade of the whole vehicle, well protects a clutch friction plate and prolongs the service life of the clutch friction plate.

    本发明公开了一种基于电子刹车辅助的商用车AMT防溜坡控制系统,包括AMT防溜坡控制系统总成,所述AMT防溜坡控制系统总成内部包括有电子刹车系统、AMT变速箱机械控制系统、TCU。该基于电子刹车辅助的商用车AMT防溜坡控制系统,电子刹车系统结构简单,不需要对车辆有大的改造,只需要在原车基础手刹系统上增加一路管路至制动缸,因而在整车成本增加很小的情况下,大大的提升整车性能,电子刹车系统结构设计简单也使得系统性能可靠性高、故障率低,电子刹车系统由于兼有手刹的特性,可以改为电子手刹系统,提升整车档次,也很好的保护离合器摩擦片延长了其寿命。
