The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, and discloses a rail transit vehicle POST automatic control system which comprises a POST main control module and a constant voltage module. The POST main control module is connected with an instrument module, and an instrument in the instrument module adopts a two-component food-grade heat-resistant silica gel casting one-step molding electric appliance integrated modular design; and the POST main control module comprises a switching power supply, an anti-corrosion electrode, a magnetic induction floater, a heat dissipation module and a waterproof module, the switching power supply is connected with an oscillating circuit, and the oscillating circuit is connected with a signal comparison module. When a train runs at a high speed, a condensation phenomenon caused by a heating temperature difference of electric devices is eradicated, the components are ensured to be prevented from being damaged by wind, sand, stone and the like, certain elasticity is achieved, waterproof performance is good, a liquid level in an operation distribution water tank can be accurately detected under the vibration condition, and stability is good.

    本发明涉及轨道交通技术领域,且公开了轨道交通车辆POST自控系统,包括POST主控模块和恒压模块,所述POST主控模块连接有仪表模块,且仪表模块中的仪表采用双组份食品级耐热硅胶浇铸一次成型电器集成模块化设计,所述POST主控模块包括开关电源、防腐蚀电极、磁感浮子、散热模块、防水模块,且开关电源连接有振荡电路、振荡电路连接有信号比较模块。本发明在保证列车高速运行时,同时实现杜绝由于电器件发热温度差异造成的凝露现象、保障元器件防风沙、石击等破坏,又具有一定弹性,防水性能好,能够在振动的状况下准确的检测运营分配水箱中的液位,稳定性好。
