The cable comprises a cable body, the cable body comprises an outer protective layer, an inner protective layer and a core body, the inner wall of the inner protective layer and the periphery of the core body are filled with filler layers, and the inner protective layer comprises an insulating layer, a heat-resistant layer and a first heat conduction layer. Cooling fins are fixedly connected to the periphery of the surface of the first heat conduction layer, and the sides, away from the first heat conduction layer, of cooling fins penetrate through the outer protection layer and extend out of the outer protection layer. According to the charging pile cable capable of realizing quick cooling, when the charging pile cable is charged, internal heat is dissipated out of the cable through the filler layers, the first heat conduction layer and the cooling fins, meanwhile, cooling liquid is injected into the cavity in a circulating mode, the cable is further cooled through the second heat conduction layer, the cooling speed is increased, and the cooling efficiency is improved; the aging of the cable is slowed down, and the service life of the cable is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种快速降温的充电桩电缆,包括电缆本体,所述电缆本体包括外保护层、内保护层和芯体,所述内保护层的内壁且位于芯体的外围填充有填料层,所述内保护层包括绝缘层、耐热层和第一导热层,所述第一导热层表面的四周均固定连接有散热片,所述散热片远离第一导热层的一侧贯穿外保护层并延伸至外保护层的外部,本发明涉及充电桩电缆技术领域。该快速降温的充电桩电缆,通过充电桩电缆充电时,内部热量通过填料层、第一导热层和散热片散发出电缆,同时在空腔内部循环注入冷却液,并通过第二导热层对电缆进一步进行降温,加快了降温的速度,提高了降温的效率,减缓了电缆的老化,延长了电缆的使用寿命。
