The invention discloses an anti-corrosion cable for quick charging of a liquid cooling charging pile, and belongs to the technical field of charging pile cables. The cable is composed of a cable core, a filling material and a protective sleeve which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside. Wherein the cooling pipe arranged in the cable core can improve the heat resistance of the cable, and the insulating layer is made of a mica tape, so that the flame retardant property of the cable can be enhanced; the filling material is a glass fiber rope, so that the flame retardance and flexibility of the cable are further improved; according to the material of the protective sleeve, polypropylene resin is used as a main matrix, ethylene propylene diene monomer, modified nano silicon dioxide and auxiliaries are added, and the modified nano silicon dioxide can greatly improve the wear resistance of the cable; the assistant can improve the chemical corrosion resistance, water resistance, flame retardance and mechanical property of the cable to a certain extent, and the performance is long and stable; therefore, the cable prepared by the invention has important application value in the technical field of charging pile cables.

    本发明公开了一种防腐液冷充电桩快充用电缆,属于充电桩电缆技术领域。由从内至外依次设置的缆芯、填充料和保护套构成。其中缆芯设置的冷却管能提高电缆的耐热性,绝缘层材料为云母带,能增强电缆的阻燃性能;填充料为玻璃丝纤维绳进一步提高电缆的阻燃性和柔韧性;保护套材料以聚丙烯树脂为主要基体,并添加三元乙丙橡胶、改性纳米二氧化硅和助剂,其中,改性纳米二氧化硅,能大幅提高电缆的耐磨性;助剂能提升电缆的耐化学腐蚀性、防水性、阻燃性和一定程度的力学性能,并且性能长久稳定;因此,本发明制得的电缆,在充电桩电缆技术领域具备重要应用价值。
