The invention relates to a hydrogenation control method and system of a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle and the vehicle. The method comprises the steps that if a hydrogenation instruction triggered by a user is received, a VCU sends a hydrogenation request to a hydrogen storage controller; if the hydrogenation request is received, the hydrogen storage controller judges whether a hydrogen management system (HMS) has hydrogenation conditions or not; if it is judged that the HMS has the hydrogenation condition, the hydrogen storage controller or the VCU sends a cover opening request to a BCM; if the cover opening request is received, the BCM controls to open a hydrogenation port cover; and if the HMS is judged to have the hydrogenation condition, the hydrogen storage controller controls the HMS to perform hydrogenation. Therefore, the hydrogenation port cover can be opened under the condition that the HMS has the hydrogenation condition, and the condition that the hydrogenation port cover is opened but hydrogenation cannot be performed is avoided, so that the risk of hydrogen leakage is reduced, and the safety of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle during hydrogenation is improved.
本公开涉及一种氢燃料电池车辆的加氢控制方法和系统、车辆。所述方法包括:若接收到用户触发的加氢指示,则VCU向储氢控制器发送加氢请求;若接收到所述加氢请求,则所述储氢控制器判断氢气管理系统HMS是否具备加氢条件;若判定所述HMS具备加氢条件,则所述储氢控制器或者所述VCU向BCM发送开盖请求;若接收到所述开盖请求,则所述BCM控制将加氢口盖打开;若判定所述HMS具备加氢条件,则所述储氢控制器控制所述HMS进行加氢。这样,能够确保在HMS具备加氢条件的情况下再打开加氢口盖,避免了已打开加氢口盖但不能加氢的情况,从而降低了氢气泄漏的风险,提高了氢燃料电池车辆在加氢时的安全性。
