The invention discloses a hydrogenation method and device for a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a hydrogen filling port cabin door state, a hydrogen system state, a bottle temperature variable quantity and residual available hydrogen mass; and judging the current hydrogenation state of the vehicle according to the hydrogenation port cabin door state, the hydrogen system state, the bottle temperature variation and the residual available hydrogen mass, and controlling the power-on state of the vehicle according to the current hydrogenation state. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle is controlled to be in the power-off state before the hydrogenation station requires hydrogenation, so that dangerous accidents caused by misoperation in the hydrogenation process of the vehicle are completely eradicated; the safety of the vehicle and the hydrogen refueling station is ensured by forbidding the vehicle from high pressure in the hydrogenation process or in the hydrogenation non-gun-drawing state and forbidding the whole vehicle to lower the high pressure when the vehicle is detected to be in the hydrogenation state.

    本发明公开了一种氢燃料电池车辆加氢方法和装置。其中,所述方法包括:获取加氢口舱门状态、氢系统状态、瓶温变化量以及剩余可用氢质量;根据所述加氢口舱门状态、氢系统状态、瓶温变化量以及剩余可用氢质量判断车辆当前的加氢状态,根据所述当前加氢状态控制车辆的上电状态。本发明实施例的技术方案,通过在加氢站要求加氢前,控制车辆处于下电状态,杜绝车辆在加氢过程中由于误操作导致的危险事故发生;通过在加氢过程或者加氢未拔枪状态下禁止车辆上高压以及检测到车辆处于加氢状态时,强制整车下高压,保证车辆及加氢站安全。
