The invention discloses a chassis-adjustable mobile robot which comprises a frame body, the two sides of the frame body are connected with boundary beam shells through adjusting rods correspondingly, first driving motors are fixed to the boundary beam shells, and driving gears are fixed to output shafts of the first driving motors; a first rack and a second rack are movably arranged in the edge beam shell, the first rack and the second rack are located on the upper side and the lower side of the driving gear respectively and meshed with the driving gear respectively, and a front gear meshed with the first rack and a rear gear meshed with the second rack are rotatably arranged at the two ends of the edge beam shell respectively. An adjusting gear meshed with the rear gear is rotatably arranged in the edge beam shell, a front wheel frame is fixed to the front gear, and a rear wheel frame is fixed to the adjusting gear. The robot solves the problem that common mobile loading robots have few chassis capable of adapting to different terrains and working conditions although the common mobile loading robots are different in overall structure form.

    本发明公开了一种底盘可调节式移动机器人,底盘可调节式移动机器人包括架体,架体的两侧分别通过调节杆连接有边梁壳,边梁壳上固定有第一驱动电机,第一驱动电机的输出轴上固定有主动齿轮,边梁壳内分别可移动地设置有第一齿条和第二齿条,第一齿条和第二齿条分别位于主动齿轮的上下两侧并分别与主动齿轮相啮合,边梁壳的两端分别可转动地设置有与第一齿条相啮合的前齿轮和与第二齿条相啮合的后齿轮,边梁壳中可转动地设置有与后齿轮相啮合的调节齿轮,前齿轮上固定有前轮架,调节齿轮上固定有后轮架。解决了对于普通移动载物机器人,虽然它们在整体结构上形式各异,但是很少有能适应不同地形和工况的底盘的问题。
