The invention has the beneficial effects that the radial exciting force is reduced through swing deformation of the radial plates, fluctuation of the exciting force is reduced, and radial vibration of the non-pneumatic tire is reduced; the vibration reduction method can be applied to radial plate type non-pneumatic tires, and the application range is wide; besides, the processing is simple and convenient, and the weight reduction of the tire is realized while the cost is saved; in addition, the asymmetric arc structure is simple, and excessive design and manufacturing difficulty and cost are prevented from being increased.

    本发明公开了一种具有仿生减振功能的辐板式非充气轮胎,包括胎冠、辐板和轮辋结合圈,所述胎冠、辐板和轮辋结合圈沿轮胎径向方向由外向内依次排布;所述辐板沿轮胎圆周方向等间距矩阵排列,所述辐板两侧设有对称的内凹部,所述内凹部为沿辐板厚度方向切出的弧形缺口,所述弧形缺口向辐板的中心方向内凹;相邻的辐板上的内凹部的弧形缺口的起始点分别从胎冠和轮辋结合圈处交错开始。有益效果:本发明通过辐板的摆动变形降低径向激励力,减少激励力的波动,实现减小非充气轮胎径向振动;辐板式的非充气轮胎均可使用该减振方法,适用范围广;加工简易方便,节约成本的同时实现了轮胎的减重;非对称弧结构简单,避免增加过多的设计制造难度和成本。
