The invention relates to a combined bionic non-pneumatic tire with strong vibration reduction and low wear performance, and belongs to the field of tires. The non-pneumatic tire comprises a tire crown, a bionic frog leg supporting spoke structure, a hub and a tire pattern structure of bionic clam shell grooves. The bionic frog leg spoke structure is composed of spoke plate supporting bodies which are distributed in the circumferential direction of the rim at equal intervals. The bionic radial plate supporting body is designed according to the strong damping stress characteristics of thighs, middle legs and shanks of a frog in frog leaping landing; according to the bionic tread pattern structure, bionic tread pattern design is carried out according to a low-abrasion groove structure formed when a clam shell is impacted by seawater. According to the invention, the problems of poor bearing capacity and high abrasion of the existing non-pneumatic tire are solved, and a new idea and method are provided for the design of the high-vibration-reduction low-abrasion non-pneumatic tire.

    本发明涉及一种具有强减振低磨损性能的组合仿生非充气轮胎,属于轮胎领域。该非充气轮胎包括胎冠、仿生蛙腿支撑轮辐结构、轮毂和仿生蚬子外壳沟槽的轮胎花纹结构。所述仿生蛙腿轮辐结构由沿轮辋圆周方向等周期分布的辐板支撑体构成;所述仿生辐板支撑体依据蛙跳着陆中蛙的大腿、中腿和小腿具有强减振受力特性,进行仿生辐板支撑体设计;所述仿生胎面花纹结构依据蚬子外壳受海水冲击形成的低磨损沟槽结构,进行仿生胎面花纹设计。本发明解决了现有非充气轮胎承载能力差和高磨损问题,为强减振低磨损非充气轮胎的设计提供了新的思路和方法。
