The invention provides a single-wheel anti-disengaging wheel mechanism. The mechanism comprises a cross beam and an anti-disengaging wheel corresponding to a cable supporting wheel in the vertical direction, the anti-disengaging wheel is rotationally connected to the end, capable of moving up and down, of the cross beam, and a steel wire rope is clamped between the anti-disengaging wheel and the cable supporting wheel; the bottom of the end, capable of moving up and down, of the cross beam is connected with an elastic pull-down assembly, and the anti-disengaging wheel is matched with the elastic pull-down assembly through the end, capable of moving up and down, of the cross beam to generate downward anti-disengaging extrusion force on the steel wire rope; and in addition, the pull-down force of the elastic pull-down assembly is adjustable. By means of the single-wheel anti-disengaging wheel mechanism, the attaching force of the steel wire rope can be adjusted, the structure is simple, and the anti-disengaging performance is excellent.
