The invention relates to a power battery reciprocating flow cooling system with a rotary valve and a control method. The power battery reciprocating flow cooling system comprises the rotary valve and a cooler, wherein the rotary valve comprises a valve shell, a torsion bar and a valve body, the valve shell is provided with a plurality of valve shell channel groups, each valve shell channel group comprises a channel A, a channel B and a channel C, and the channels of the same kind are respectively communicated through working medium flow channels; the valve body is arranged in the valve shell, grooves are machined in the outer wall of the valve body corresponding to the channel B and the channel C, and grooves are machined in the inner wall of the valve shell between different valve shell channel sets; the torsion bar is arranged in the center of the valve body, an annular channel D is formed in the periphery of the torsion bar, and a valve body channel is formed in the valve body in the radial direction; and a cooling working medium outlet of the cooler is connected with the channel A, the channel B and the channel C are connected with the two ends of the battery pack respectively, a cooling working medium inlet of the cooler is connected with the channel D, the channel B or the channel C is communicated through rotation of the valve body, and the flowing direction of the cooling working medium at the two ends of the battery pack is changed. The cooling effect and reliability of the cooling system can be improved.
一种带转阀的动力电池往复流动冷却系统及控制方法,冷却系统包括转阀及冷却器,转阀包括阀壳、扭杆以及阀体,阀壳上开设若干个阀壳通道组,每个阀壳通道组包括通道A、通道B和通道C,同类的通道分别通过工质流道进行连通;阀体设置在阀壳内部,阀体外壁对应通道B和通道C加工凹槽,阀壳内壁在不同阀壳通道组之间加工凹槽;扭杆设置在阀体的中心,扭杆外周开设环形的通道D,阀体沿径向开设有阀体通道;冷却器的冷却工质出口与通道A相连,通道B和通道C分别与电池组的两端连接,冷却器的冷却工质入口与通道D相连,通过阀体的转动分别将通道B或通道C导通,改变冷却工质在电池组两端的流向。本发明能够提高冷却系统的冷却效果和可靠性。
