A multidirectional bearing honeycomb buffering combined energy absorption structure imitating a footballene structure comprises an energy absorption box and a honeycomb filling structure, and the honeycomb filling structure is installed in the energy absorption box. The honeycomb filling structure is formed by a plurality of single honeycomb cells similar to the footballene structure in an array attaching and transformation mode along the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis, in the array process, the intersecting edges of every two adjacent honeycomb cells similar to the footballene structure completely coincide, and the honeycomb cells are obtained by connecting twelve pentagonal trusses and twenty hexagonal trusses and then imitating the footballene structure to form a sphere-like polyhedron array; the buffering performance of a buffer filling material is improved through the honeycomb cell structure, the bearing energy absorption capacity of the buffer filling structure in all directions is effectively enhanced, and compared with a traditional polygonal entity array buffering filling structure, the lightweight design is improved to some extent; and the designed buffering structure is combined with an existing buffering energy absorption box, and the combined energy absorption function is achieved.

    一种仿足球烯结构的多向承载蜂窝缓冲组合吸能结构,包括吸能盒和蜂窝填充结构,所述的蜂窝填充结构安装于吸能盒内部;蜂窝填充结构为多个单个类似足球烯结构的蜂窝胞格沿X轴、Y轴和Z轴贴合阵列变换构成,在阵列过程中,相邻两个类似足球烯结构的蜂窝胞格相交棱完全重合,蜂窝胞格由十二个五边形桁架和二十个六边形桁架相连接后仿照足球烯结构做类球多面体阵列得到;蜂窝胞格结构提高了缓冲器填充材料的缓冲性能,并且有效增强了缓冲器填充结构的各向承载吸能能力,且较之传统多边形实体阵列缓冲填充结构而言,本发明的轻量化设计有所提高;通过将所设计的缓冲结构与现有缓冲吸能盒相结合,实现了组合式吸能的功能。
