According to a method for eliminating the assembly gap between an airplane transition beam and a hanging frame, a groove-shaped double-lug connecting hole is formed in the hanging frame, a single-lug connecting hole is formed in the airplane transition beam and is coaxial with the groove-shaped double-lug connecting hole of the hanging frame, a shouldered lining in clearance fit is arranged in a hole in one side of the groove-shaped double-lug connecting hole of the hanging frame, the shoulder part of the shouldered lining is positioned on the inner side of the hole, and the length of the shouldered lining is greater than the thickness of the groove-shaped double-lug lug of the hanging frame; the groove-shaped double-lug connecting hole of the hanging frame is connected with the single-lug connecting hole of the transition beam through a bolt and a nut, and the assembly gap between the airplane transition beam and the hanging frame is eliminated by tightening the nut and pressing the shouldered lining.
