The invention relates to the technical field of aircrafts, in particular to an airplane hanging assembly mounting method. The installation method of the airplane hanging assembly comprises the steps that the upper connecting rod and the hanging body are fixed to the wing, and the side connecting plate with the fixed length is fixed to the hanging body; the hanging side connecting plate installation auxiliary tool is used for adjusting and determining the hole pitch between the forward-heading side connecting plate and the hanging body, and a first fastener hole in the forward-heading side connecting plate is made to reach a final hole; the fixed-length side connecting plate is removed from the hanging main body, the hanging side connecting plate installation auxiliary tool is used again for adjusting and determining the hole pitch between the reverse-heading side connecting plate and the hanging main body, and a second fastener hole in the reverse-heading side connecting plate is formed to a final hole; the forward-heading side connecting plate and the forward-heading eccentric bushing are fixed, and the reverse-heading side connecting plate and the reverse-heading eccentric bushing are fixed; the whole side connecting plate is fixed with the hanging main body; and the force application device is used for applying prestress to the hanging main body so as to fix the inclined supporting rod, the hanging main body and the wing, and the installation efficiency is high.

    本发明涉及飞机技术领域,尤其涉及飞机吊挂组件安装方法。该飞机吊挂组件安装方法包括:将上连杆和吊挂主体与机翼相固定并将固定长度侧连板与吊挂主体相固定;使用吊挂侧连板安装辅助工装调整并确定顺航向侧连板与吊挂主体之间的孔间距,并制顺航向侧连板上的第一紧固件孔至终孔;将固定长度侧连板从吊挂主体上移除,再次使用吊挂侧连板安装辅助工装调整并确定逆航向侧连板与吊挂主体之间的孔间距,并制逆航向侧连板上的第二紧固件孔至终孔;将顺航向侧连板与顺航向偏心衬套进行固定以及逆航向侧连板与逆航向偏心衬套进行固定;将侧连板整体与吊挂主体相固定;使用施力装置对吊挂主体施加预应力以将斜撑杆与吊挂主体和机翼相固定,安装效率高。
