The invention discloses a battery pack locking mechanism, a bracket assembly, a battery pack, an electric vehicle and a locking method of the battery pack. The locking mechanism is used for unlocking or locking the battery pack on the bracket, the locking mechanism comprises a first unit and a second unit which are arranged on a side wall of the bracket and the side wall of the battery pack respectively, the first unit comprises a lock seat, the lock seat is provided with a locking space, and the second unit comprises a stretching-in end; when the battery pack is placed relative to the bracket, the locking space bears and locks the extending-in end, and the locking mechanism is provided with an opening which faces the battery pack and is close to the battery pack in the horizontal direction above the locking space. the extending end is inserted into the opening along the horizontal direction facing the side wall of the bracket and falls into the locking space, so process complexity and step complexity of mounting and fixing the battery pack on the bracket are effectively reduced, and fixing reliability can be ensured.
本发明公开了一种电池包锁止机构、托架总成、电池包、电动汽车及电池包的锁止方法。所述锁止机构用于将电池包解锁或锁定于托架,所述锁止机构包括分别设置于所述托架的侧壁和所述电池包的侧壁的第一单元和第二单元,第一单元包括锁座,所述锁座具有一锁定空间,所述第二单元包括一伸入端;当所述电池包相对所述托架被放置时,所述锁定空间承载并锁定所述伸入端,所述锁止机构在所述锁定空间上方设有朝向所述电池包,并沿水平方向靠近所述电池包的开口,以使所述伸入端沿面向所述托架的侧壁的水平方向进入所述开口,并落入所述锁定空间,有效降低将电池包安装并固定于托架上的流程复杂程度与步骤繁琐程度,并且还能够保证固定的可靠性。
