The invention provides a duct piece intelligent automatic identification transportation system and method. The transportation system comprises a hanging beam, a walking mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a main control device. The walking mechanism comprises a first connecting piece sliding on the hanging beam, the first connecting piece is connected with a first driving motor, and the first driving motor controls the first connecting piece to walk along the hanging beam. The lifting mechanism is connected to the bottom of the first connecting piece, the lifting mechanism comprises a pair of lifting arms, a rotary lifting appliance and a vacuum chuck which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, each lifting arm is connected with a second driving motor, and the rotary lifting appliance is connected with a third driving motor. The main control device comprises a second connecting piece sliding on the hanging beam, the second connecting piece is connected with the first driving motor, a main control system and a sub-control system are arranged on the second connecting piece, and the main control system is in signal connection with the first driving motor, the second driving motors, the third driving motor and the vacuum suction cup. The sub-control system comprises a visual identification system and a state monitoring system. According to the duct piece intelligent automatic identification transportation system and method, accurate positioning and real-time monitoring of duct piece hoisting can be realized.

    本发明提供一种管片智能自动识别运输系统以及运输方法,运输系统包括:吊梁;行走机构,包括滑动于吊梁上的第一连接件,第一连接件联接第一驱动电机,第一驱动电机控制第一连接件沿吊梁行走;起升机构,连接于第一连接件的底部,起升机构包括从上至下依次连接的一对吊臂、旋转吊具以及真空吸盘,每个吊臂联接一第二驱动电机,旋转吊具联接第三驱动电机;主控装置,包括滑动于吊梁上的第二连接件,第二连接件联接第一驱动电机,第二连接件上设有主控制系统以及子控制系统,主控制系统与第一驱动电机、第二驱动电机、第三驱动电机以及真空吸盘信号连接,子控制系统包括视觉识别系统以及状态监控系统。本发明能够实现管片吊运的精准定位和实时监控。
