The positive ions around the electrode are very close to the electrode and can be adsorbed near the electrode, the free electrons can be dispersed out and combined with molecules or atoms in the air to form negative ions, the negative charges make contact with the fibers to charge the fibers, and the functions of ascending, descending and hovering of the aircraft can be achieved through cooperation of the negative charges and the fibers.
