The invention discloses a rigidity multi-stage adjustable air suspension and a control method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle suspension systems, and the adjustable air suspension is mainly composed of an air spring, a shock absorber, two high-speed switch electromagnetic valves, four one-way valves, an additional air chamber, a plurality of air pipelines and other elements. According to the air suspension, direct control over an air flowing path between an air spring and an additional air chamber of the air spring can be achieved by controlling the on-off states of two high-speed switch electromagnetic valves, and therefore the purpose of adjusting the rigidity of the air spring in a multi-stage mode is achieved. The control method adopts a fuzzy adaptive control strategy. The input of the fuzzy controller is the vertical displacement difference value and the difference value change rate between the sprung mass and the unsprung mass, and the output of the controller is the on-off state of the two high-speed switch electromagnetic valves. The rigidity state of the air spring can be effectively adjusted, the system is simple in structure and high in reliability, and a good foundation is provided for performance improvement of a vehicle air suspension system.

    本发明公开了一种刚度多级可调式空气悬架及其控制方法,属于车辆悬架系统技术领域,所述可调式空气悬架主要由空气弹簧、减振器、两个高速开关电磁阀、四个单向阀、附加气室以及若干气体管路等元件所组成,所述空气悬架通过控制两个高速开关电磁阀的通断状态,即可实现对空气弹簧与其附加气室间的气体流动路径的直接控制,从而达到多级调节空气弹簧刚度的目的,所述控制方法采用模糊自适应控制策略,模糊控制器的输入为簧载质量与非簧载质量之间的垂向位移差值及差值变化率,控制器的输出为两个高速开关电磁阀的通断状态。本发明能够实现对空气弹簧刚度状态的有效调节,系统结构简单,可靠性高,为车辆空气悬架系统的性能提升提供了良好基础。
