The invention provides a vibration reduction system and a vibration reduction system control method. The vibration reduction system comprises an active vibration reducer, a circuit system and a control system, wherein a motor of the active vibration reducer can be switched between a motor mode and a power generation mode. The vibration reduction system control method comprises the steps of obtaining a vibration reducer force value needed by a piston rod, controlling opening or closing of a flow divider valve according to the movement speed of the piston rod to provide or cancel first damping force for the piston rod, controlling opening or closing of a pressure release valve according to the pressure difference value between a compression cavity and a recovery cavity to provide or cancel second damping force for the piston rod, controlling the torque of the motor according to the vibration reducer force value, the first damping force and the second damping force, and controlling the force provided by the motor for the piston rod according to the torque of the motor. According to the vibration reduction system and the vibration reduction system control method, the effect of vibration reduction for a load can be achieved, energy recovery can also be achieved, and the purpose of reducing the overall energy consumption or balancing energy is achieved.

    本发明提供一种减振系统及减振系统控制方法,其中减振系统包括主动减振器,电路系统以及控制系统,其中主动减振器的电机可以在电机模式与发电模式之间转换。减振系统控制方法包括获取活塞杆需要的减振器力值,根据活塞杆的运动速度,控制分流阀的打开或关闭,为活塞杆提供或取消第一阻尼力,根据压缩腔与复原腔之间的压力差值,控制泄压阀的打开或关闭,为活塞杆提供或取消第二阻尼力,根据减振器力值、第一阻尼力、第二阻尼力来控制电机的扭矩,根据电机扭矩来控制电机为活塞杆提供的力。本发明提供一种减振系统及减振系统控制方法除了能达到为负载减振的作用,还能实现能量回收,达到减少整体能量消耗或能量平衡的目的。
