The invention provides a multi-source data fusion track state detection method and device based on deep learning, and relates to the technical field of track detection, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the data set information of a target track line; the data set information comprises multiple types of state detection reference data of the target track line and track line state data corresponding to the multiple types of state detection reference data; performing feature extraction on the data set information by using a feature extraction model to obtain feature information; calculating orbit state parameters according to the feature information and a machine classifier, and determining an orbit state detection model according to the orbit state parameters; training a track state detection model by using the data set information; and generating a track state detection result according to the trained track state detection model. According to the method, various types of state detection reference data can be fused, and track disease information can be accurately obtained in real time based on deep learning.

    本发明提供了一种基于深度学习的多源数据融合的轨道状态检测方法及装置,涉及轨道检测技术领域,该方法包括:获取目标轨道线路的数据集信息;数据集信息包括目标轨道线路的多种类型状态检测参考数据以及多种类型状态检测参考数据对应的轨道线路状态数据;利用特征提取模型对数据集信息进行特征提取,得到特征信息;根据特征信息和机器分类器计算轨道状态参数,并根据轨道状态参数确定轨道状态检测模型;利用数据集信息训练轨道状态检测模型;根据训练完成后的轨道状态检测模型生成轨道状态检测结果。本发明可以融合多种类型状态检测参考数据,基于深度学习,实时、准确的获取轨道病害信息。
