The invention discloses an energy-saving hydraulic system for a telescopic boom of an electric reach stacker. An inlet and an outlet of a constant displacement pump/motor are connected with two cavities of a telescopic boom oil cylinder through a second switch valve and a third switch valve respectively; outlets of two safety valves are connected; inlets of the two safety valves are respectively connected with the inlet and the outlet of the constant displacement pump/motor; forward inlets of two hydraulic control one-way valves are connected; outlets of the two hydraulic control one-way valves are connected with the inlet and the outlet of the constant displacement pump/motor respectively; a hydraulic control port of the first hydraulic control one-way valve is connected with an outlet of the second hydraulic control one-way valve; a hydraulic control port of the second hydraulic control one-way valve is connected with an outlet of the first hydraulic control one-way valve; the outlets of the safety valves, the forward inlets of the hydraulic control one-way valves and the oil tank are connected; and an inlet of the second safety valve is connected with the oil tank through a first switch valve. The energy-saving hydraulic system for the telescopic boom of the electric reach stacker solves the problem that the telescopic boom of the pure electric reach stacker can not only passively retract and recover energy under the conditions of heavy load and large angle, but also actively retract under the conditions of light load and small angle.
