The invention discloses an electric reach stacker potential energy recovery hydraulic system which comprises an oil tank, a pump set, a pilot valve set, a multi-way valve set, a pitching valve set and a pitching oil cylinder and further comprises a hydraulic motor, a power generator, a logic switch valve and an oil supplementing reversing valve. An outlet of the hydraulic motor is connected with a retraction oil port of the multi-way valve, an inlet and an outlet of the hydraulic motor are further connected through the oil supplementing reversing valve, when the large arm descends and potential energy is recycled, the logic switch valve is switched on, hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic motor to drive the generator, and after the large arm stops descending, the oil supplementing reversing valve is switched on and directly communicates with the inlet and the outlet of the hydraulic motor. Different descending modes are selected for different working conditions, more energy is saved, oil is supplemented for the hydraulic motor under the low-potential-energy and low-load conditions through the logic switch valve and the oil supplementing reversing valve, the structure is simplified, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明公开一种电动正面吊势能回收液压系统,包括油箱、泵组、先导阀组、多路阀组、俯仰阀组和俯仰油缸,还包括液压马达、发电机、逻辑开关阀和补油换向阀,液压马达的进口通过逻辑开关阀连接多路阀的伸出油口,液压马达的出口连接多路阀的缩回油口,液压马达的进口和出口还通过补油换向阀连接,大臂下降势能回收时,逻辑开关阀导通,液压油进入液压马达驱动发电机,大臂停止下降后,补油换向阀导通直接连通液压马达的进口和出口。不同工况选择不同的下降模式,更加节能,通过逻辑开关阀和补油换向阀实现低势能低负载状况下为液压马达补油,简化结构,延长使用寿命。
