The invention relates to a visual OD analysis method and system based on electronic police and checkpoint data and application. The visual OD analysis system comprises an application layer used for carrying out analysis and judgment according to obtained road vehicle monitoring data; a supporting layer used for providing corresponding technical support for the application layer; an interface layer used for providing a basic data system interface, an operation data system interface and a business application system interface according to requirements; a data layer used for storing the vehicle data uploaded by an access layer, performing data calculation and vehicle data analysis by using the collected vehicle information and completing related calculation model establishment and conversion; the access layer used for being connected with an existing checkpoint, the electronic police and a management system to complete the acquisition and uploading of vehicle data information and preprocessing the acquired data information; and a physical layer which comprises basic hardware equipment, a basic network and system software.
