The four-mode six-gear driving function is achieved by controlling the combination state of a clutch, a gear shifting clutch and an emergency clutch and the working state of an engine, an ISG motor and a PMSM motor, and in addition, a regenerative braking driving mode, a traveling charging driving mode and a limp home driving mode are added.     本发明公开了一种重型矿车多行星排式混合动力变速箱及其控制方法,包括发动机、ISG电机、PMSM电机、第一行星排、第二行星排、定轴轮系、离合器、换挡离合器、紧急离合器和动力电池组;通过控制离合器、换挡离合器和紧急离合器的结合状态与发动机、ISG电机和PMSM电机的工作状态实现四模式六挡位的驱动功能,此外还增加了再生制动驱动模式、行车充电驱动模式和跛行回家驱动模式;车辆可根据工作环境驱动需求,自主切换工作模式,适应更多复杂的工作环境。本发明变速箱采用行星齿排结构,结构紧凑,传动效率高,实用性与针对性强,还能够保证发动机工作在高效率区,有效降低尾气排放、提高燃油经济性。
