The invention discloses an improvement control method and system for knocking sound of a single planet row type hybrid gearbox. The method comprises the steps that attaching torque control is activated; according to the running gear of the vehicle, a flywheel clinging control target generator torque control push rod is adopted to be clinging to a flywheel groove, and if the flywheel clinging control target generator torque value is lower than the original target generator driving torque, the original target generator driving torque is chased at the continuously-increased slope; when the driving torque of the original target generator switches the positive direction and the negative direction, direction switching is completed according to the torque slope value of the transition target generator, and then a push rod is tightly attached to a flywheel groove according to the switched direction; linear torque filtering and target generator driving torque filtering are added, and the slope of the target generator driving torque is calibrated. According to the invention, the knocking sound generated by the push rod and the groove in the flywheel locking mechanism and the gear knocking sound generated in the multi-stage gear clearance in the ECVT dual-motor pure electric driving mode of the gearbox can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种单行星排式混动变速箱敲击音的改善控制方法及系统,其中方法包括:激活贴紧扭矩控制;根据车辆所处的行驶档位,采用飞轮贴紧控制目标发电机扭矩控制推杆与飞轮凹槽贴紧,若飞轮贴紧控制目标发电机扭矩值低于原始目标发电机驱动扭矩,以持续增加的斜率追赶原始目标发电机驱动扭矩;原始目标发电机驱动扭矩切换正负方向时,根据过渡目标发电机扭矩斜率值完成方向的切换,再根据切换后的方向实现推杆与飞轮凹槽贴紧;增加线性扭矩滤波和目标发电机驱动扭矩滤波,标定目标发电机驱动扭矩的斜率。本发明能改善变速箱在ECVT双电机纯电驱动模式下,飞轮锁止机构中推杆与凹槽产生的敲击音以及多级齿轮间隙中产生的齿轮敲击音。
