The invention provides a pedal feeling simulator and a pedal assembly. The pedal feeling simulator comprises a shell, a piston, a damping adjusting disc, a main spring and a push rod. Wherein a movable cavity is formed in the shell, and the piston is movably installed in the movable cavity. An air hole is formed in the piston, a first space is formed between the first side of the piston and the movable cavity, a second space is formed between the second side of the piston and the movable cavity, and a ventilation opening communicated with the first space is formed in the shell. The damping adjusting disc is installed on the air hole in a one-way openable mode. The main spring is installed in the second space and used for driving the piston to move towards the first side of the piston, the push rod is connected with the piston and used for driving the piston to move towards the second side of the piston, and part of the push rod extends out of the first side of the shell. The pedal feeling simulator is simpler in structure, more materials are saved, and compared with an existing electronic booster module, the pedal feeling simulator is more reliable.

    本发明提供了一种踏板感觉模拟器及踏板组件。该踏板感觉模拟器包括壳体、活塞、阻尼调节盘、主弹簧和推杆。其中,壳体内形成有活动空腔,活塞可活动地安装在活动空腔内。在活塞上开设有气孔,在活塞的第一侧和活动空腔之间形成第一空间,在活塞的第二侧和活动空腔之间形成第二空间,壳体上开设有与第一空间相连通的通气开口。阻尼调节盘单向可打得开地安装在气孔上。主弹簧安装在第二空间内,主弹簧用于驱动活塞朝向其第一侧运动,推杆与活塞相连接,用于驱动活塞朝向其第二侧运动,推杆的部分从壳体的第一侧伸出。本发明的产品结构更简单,也更节省材料,相较于以往电子助力器模块,更加可靠。
