The invention belongs to the technical field of liquid leakage detection, and discloses an airplane liquid leakage real-time monitoring system and method, and the system comprises a control device and N sensor groups. The N sensor groups are respectively arranged in N storage boxes of liquid to be monitored; each sensor group monitors temperature, pressure and liquid level data of liquid in the storage box and sends the temperature, pressure and liquid level data to the control device; the control device calculates the total volume variation of the liquid to be monitored according to the temperature, pressure and liquid level data; and judging whether the to-be-monitored liquid leaks or not according to the relationship between the total volume variation and a set alarm threshold.
