The invention relates to the technical field of cables, and particularly discloses a liquid-cooled cable capable of monitoring liquid leakage and a liquid leakage monitoring control system. Wherein at least power wire cores and cooling pipes are arranged in a cable core of the liquid-cooled cable; a hollow channel of the cooling pipe is used for flowing of a liquid cooling medium, and the liquid cooling medium is conductive water-based cooling liquid; the cable core is also internally provided with a liquid leakage monitoring wire core which is arranged outside the cooling pipe and forms a monitoring current loop in a charging working condition environment; and when the cooling pipe has liquid leakage in a charging working condition environment, the leaked liquid cooling medium enables the liquid leakage monitoring wire core forming the monitoring current loop to be in short-circuit conduction. According to the liquid-cooled cable, the liquid leakage monitoring wire cores for sensing the liquid leakage phenomenon in a short-circuit conductive mode are arranged in the cable core, so that the liquid leakage phenomenon possibly existing in the service working condition environment of the liquid-cooled cable is dynamically monitored, the monitoring result is timely and reliable, and the overall forming structure is simple and easy to manufacture.
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体公开了一种可监测液漏的液冷电缆及液漏监测控制系统。其中,所述液冷电缆的缆芯内至少排布有动力线芯和冷却管;所述冷却管的中空通道用作液体冷却介质流动,所述液体冷却介质为导电性水基冷却液;所述缆芯内还具有处在所述冷却管外部、在充电工况环境中构成监测电流回路的液漏监控线芯;所述冷却管在充电工况环境中发生液漏时,外漏的液体冷却介质将构成监测电流回路的所述液漏监控线芯短路导通。本发明在缆芯内部排布了以短路导电方式而感知液漏现象的液漏监控线芯,以此来对液冷电缆在服役工况环境中可能存在的液漏现象进行动态监测,其不仅监测结果及时、可靠,而且整体成型结构简单、易于制造。
