The invention discloses a suspension type ultra-wide-angle pipeline inspection device and method.Six sets of data acquisition devices are installed on the outer ring of an inspection shell in an array mode and evenly arranged on the same spherical surface, a flight power device used for providing flight is arranged on the outer side of the inspection shell, and a control device is arranged in the inspection shell; the controller is connected to the positioning device, the data acquisition devices and the flight power device and is driven by the driving motor to achieve suspended flight and suspend on the surface of the pressure-bearing pipeline, and the inner wall face or the outer wall face of the pipeline is shot without view dead angles through the six data acquisition devices in the movement process, so that internal image information of the pipeline is obtained. The pipeline damage diagnosis and positioning and damage severity early warning work is completed, the structure is simple, a suspended flight structure is adopted, contact with the inner wall of the pipeline is avoided, and meanwhile, multi-directional image acquisition and image information acquisition are achieved by adopting six data acquisition devices.

    本发明公开了一种悬浮式超广角管道巡检装置及方法,通过在巡检壳体外圈整列安装有六组数据采集装置,六组数据采集装置均匀设置于同一球面上,巡检壳体外侧设置有用于提供飞行的飞行动力装置,巡检壳体内设有控制装置,控制器连接于定位装置、数据采集装置和飞行动力装置,采用驱动电机驱动实现悬空飞行,悬浮于承压管道表面,运动过程通过六组数据采集装置对管道内壁面或外壁面进行无视野死角的拍摄,从而获取得到管道内部图像信息,通过无线网络将获取的信息传输至计算机进行匹配,完成管道损伤诊断、定位、损伤严重性预警工作,结构简单,采用悬空飞行结构,避免了与管道内壁接触,同时采用六组数据采集装置实现多方位图像采集,获取图像信息。
