The rotation diameter of the ship is only one time of the length of the ship, the total rotation delay time of the ship is greatly shortened, meanwhile, the required rudder angle is greatly reduced when the course is calibrated, and therefore the use convenience of the multi-angle adjustment flap type rudder is improved.
