The main rudder stock and the auxiliary rudder blade form a whole through cooperation of the connecting rod and the connecting rod pin bush, the main rudder stock controls the auxiliary rudder blade to rotate, and therefore the auxiliary rudder blade does not need to be independently controlled through an independent mechanism, energy consumption is greatly reduced, and meanwhile the total time delay of ship rotation is shortened. And the connecting rod and the connecting rod pin bushing are used for replacing an independent control mechanism to control the auxiliary rudder blade to rotate, so that the manufacturing cost of the rudder is reduced, the situation that the auxiliary rudder blade cannot work normally due to damage of the independent control mechanism during sailing is avoided, and the operation cost of a ship is greatly reduced.

    本发明提供一种江用悬挂式襟翼舵,涉及襟翼舵技术领域,包括主舵叶,所述主舵叶的上端安装有支撑架,所述主舵叶与支撑架之间贯穿安装有主舵杆,所述主舵叶的一侧通过连接机构安装有副舵叶,所述连接机构与主舵杆之间互相连接。本发明中通过连杆与连杆销衬套之间的配合,把主舵杆与副舵叶之间形成整体,让主舵杆来控制副舵叶进行转动,从而让副舵叶无需通过单独机构进行单独控制,大大降低了能源的耗费,同时缩短了船舶回转的总延时。提供更大的法向力,并且通过连杆与连杆销衬套代替单独控制机构控制副舵叶进行转动,从而既降低了舵的制作成本,避免了在航行时,由于单独控制机构的损坏造成副舵叶无法正常进行工作,大大降低了船舶的运行成本。
